Abstract

Under the knowledge-based economy,human resources development and management is increasingly important in enterprises,especially, as an emerging industry its current situation should not be optimistic.With the rapid development of property management,it is a hot topic for many employees that how to solve the problems of human resources development and management and how to explore the countermeasures.This paper analyzes and puts forward the measures to suit the needs of human resource development and management in modern market economy,and also predicts the trend of human resource development and management of property management.
