Abstract
The topic of this essay is based on the following two aspects: 1. the economic development in human history has experienced and will experience the stages of agricultural, industrial and knowledge economy 2. labor force and the management system of labor force constitute one of the factors in the social productivity structure. This essay mainly focuses on the mentality of human resource development and the mechanism of the development and management of human resources for enterprises in the knowledge economy.
