Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic efficacy of irbesartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia. MethodsA total of 92 cases of heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received therapy with cardiac stimulant, diuretic, β-receptor blocker, vasodilator, and amiodarone, while the observation group was treated with irbesartan in addition to the above therapy. ResultsThe effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (91.30% vs 71.74%, P0.05). The observation group showed significantly better parameters (heart rate, blood pressure, left ventricular end-diastolic volume, ejection fraction, and left atrial volume) than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amiodarone has good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia
