Irbesartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmia clinical analysis of 60 cases

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods From July in 2010 to July in 2011 in our hospital for treatment of chronic heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with 60 cases as the object of this study who were randomly divided into two groups, one group was given drugs in patients with cardiac,diuretic and vasodilative as control group, as well as amiodarone tablets. Another group for the observation group, the control group on drug therapy increased irbesartan, and observe the effect of two groups, the treatment time was 10 weeks. Results After the treatment, while patients in the control group and the observation group of palpitation chest symptoms improved, the total efficiency of the comparison, the observation group activity tolerance and resting heart rate case than in the control group in good condition. Two groups were obvious difference was significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan combined with amiodarone in treatment of heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmias have remarkable clinical curative effect, safe and reliable, worthy of promotion.
