Clinical treatment experience of irbesartan joint amiodarone in treatment of heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia

Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of irbesartan joint amiodarone treatment for heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia.Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients treated in our hospital from March to May 2010 were randomly divided into the observation group 70 cases and the control group 68 cases,all the patients received conventional therapy with strong heart,diuresis,enlarge blood vessels,and were given the amiodarone,the observation group were added with irbesartan on this basis,the two groups of drug use time were for ten weeks,the efficacy of two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment in both groups,the total effective rate of cardiac function curative effect and VA curative effect in the therapeutic group was better than those of the control group,there was significant difference between them(P 0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan joint amiodarone treatment of CHF merger VA can effectively improve heart function and control arrhythmia,it is a safe and effective treatment.
