Analysis on the Technical Talents in the Manufacturing of Hebei

Abstract

The manufacturing in Hebei is large in scale but weak in technology,and the shortage of technical talents is a main constraint.In this study,the supply and demand theory is applied to analyze the issue of technical talents for which is not accommodated with the objective of building a powerful coastal economic province and upgrading the industrial structure.Some countermeasures are proposed for talents training from the perspectives of manufacturing,professional education and government.
