The implication of the construction of enterprise technology talents in some domestic areas on Jilin Province

With the continuous improvement of the technological contents of the products,the ways of constructing technology talents of enterprises and developing and making use of technology talents have been paid close attention under the current economical environment.According to the characteristics and experiences of the construction of technology talents in other areas,this paper discusses the construction of technology talents in Jilin Province by analyzing the current situation of technology talents of enterprises in the Yangtze delta,the Pearl river delta and western region.
