Abstract
It analyzes the solving process of variable step incremental conductance MPPT(maximum power point tracking) in detail,and gets a new way to determine the work-point positions of photovoltaic array.It also presents 3 strategies to change step and 2 optimization methods of MPPT,and proposes a control strategy based on the variable step incremental conductance MPPT.Then,the merits and defects of the strategy are analyzed.Simulation results verify the validity of this optimized strategy.
