A research on some problems of universal services in telecommunication

Universal service in telecommunication is originated in America.The service has already become a common ground for most countries in the world after nearly one century's development.On the basis of a large amount of materials,this paper generalizes the problems in the universal service in telecommunication,such as its definition,characters,objects,contents,classification, goals,principles,costs,compensation,and benefit,and then gives a brief account of basic trends of theoretical research for universal service in telecommunication in the recent years.
