Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the anti-peroxidation effects of Shugan Huoxue Huatan decoction (SHHD) on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) of rats.[Methods] Thirty-two SD male rats were randomly allocated into 4 groups: normal control group,model control group,Dongbao Gantai(DBG) group and SHHD group.NASH was induced by hyperlipid diet.General condition and pathological changes of liver tissues were observed.Liver function and blood lipids were detected.The levels of MDA,SOD,Hyp and CYP2E1 of liver tissue were also measured.[Results] Compared with model control group,SHHD had effects in improving liver function,blood lipids and liver tissue SOD,decreasing liver tissue Hyp,MDA and CYP2E1 significantly.[Conclusion] SHHD can inhibit the hepatocyte CYP450 2E1 expression and reduce lipid peroxidation in rats with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
