Development and Integration of the Human Resource Based On the Regional Economic Cooperation

As the first resource in era of knowledge - driven economy, the human resource is the main content of the regional economic cooperation, it also influences the sustainable development of regional economy and even the national economy directly. However, since the development and integration of the human resource based on regional economic cooperation in China is still at the starting stage, there are lots of questions.
