About Current Land Expropriation System Reform and Perfection

Abstract

There are various drawbacks in the current land expropriation system, which is unfavorable for the protection of fields and peasants' rights and interests. To reform and perfect the system it is unnecessary to take man as a dominate factor and peasants' legal rights and interests as the basis, make rational compensatory standards and land expropriation compensation, improve the expropriation procedures, entitle peasants to more land rights and interests, strengthen supervisory mechanism, complementarily promote and perfect the system.
