The Issue of Land Expropriation Compensation System and its Perfeetion

In the process of land expropriation, the various conflicts and the phenomenon that the peasants' legitimate rights and interests have been infringing reflect the problems of current land expropriation compensation system of China-- land expropriation compensation mode violates the basic rules of the market ,the rural land property rights has been infringed and the land expropriation compensation mode is in breach of Pareto optimality principle.On the basis of the practical and theoretical analysis ,the paper points out that the land expropriation compensation should follow the law of how land price formed,and we should make efforts to explore the collective land transference and the rational allocation of land,establish the living and job security mechanism for the landless peasants simultaneously.
