Abstract

Under the existing state-owned capital supervision system,it is must to perfect excitation and restraintmechanism of state-owned capital operation for guaranteeing the rational operation of stated-owned capital.Thispaper analyzes the existing state-owned capital supervision system and discusses how to build and improve theexcitation and restraint mechanism in different levels.
