Abstract
A resonance light scattering(RLS)method for determination of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) was esta- blished by using xylenol orange as fluorescent probe. The RLS of DNA was greatly enhanced in pH range of 3.5 - 4.3 at wavelength of 374nm, and was proportional to the concentration of DNA in the range of 2.5 - 15μg/ml. The detection limit was 10ng/ml.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
