Analysis of serum uric acid,bilirubin,blood lipid levels in type 2 diabetic patients complicated with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between serum uric acid,bilirubin,blood lipids and type 2 diabetic patients complicated with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:According to the presence or absence of type 2 diabetes,91 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups:diabetic group(31cases)and non-diabetic group(60 cases),determine the indicators of their serum uric acid,bilirubin,blood lipids respectively.Results:The levels of serum uric acid and triglycerides were obviously higher in diabetes group compared with that of non-diabetic group,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were obviously lower(P0.05).By binary logistic regression analysis,it shows that serum uric acid is associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:High uric acid and high cholesterol is a risk factor for type 2 diabetic patients with acute cerebral infarction.
