From 1995 to 2002,the cases of HIV/AIDS has increased by 49% yearly, and from 2000 to 2002,the cases of HIV/AIDS increased by 176% yearly. Conclusion Active surveillance, behavioral intervention,as well as comprehensive care and support for HIV/AIDS should be carried out.
