Abstract

Using the stems and leaves of the Triploid populus tomentosa as explant, the tissue culture experiment was carried out.The result showed that the proper medium for subcultured reproduction was MS+6-BA 0.01 mg/L +NAA 0.30 mg/L,and the rooted medium of the one time growth plant was MS+6-BA 0.05 mg/L+NAA 0.20 mg/L.
