Abstract

Objective Lamivudine combined with interferon-α treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus efficacy. Methods The 93 patients were divided into two groups,58 patients with lamivudine, interferon group of 35 cases;treatment 1 year, respectively,in the treatment of 1,2,6 months and 12 months, review the ALT,HBV-DNA and hepatitis B virus serum markers(hepatitis B 5).Results The two groups observed period of time comparing the rate of ALT normal,HBV-DNA negative conversion rate, the difference was no statistically significant(P 0.05).Interferon group is superior to lamivudine HBeAg seroconversion rate, the difference has a very significant statistical significance(P 0.001);interference claim group rates of HBsAg seroconversion than lamivudine group, significant statistical difference between significance(P 0.05).Conclusions Observation showed that interferon drugs HBeAg,HBsAg seroconversion rate was relatively higher than lamivudine. Therefore, application of contraindication to non recommended drug for young patients with decompensated chronic hepatitis B treatment of choice for anti-viral medication.
