"Morality"and "theory": An important transition of philosophic thought that had not completed

Based on Moralityof Lao zi, Xunzi had presented an important conception of philosophical history: theory .The emergency of theory represented elaborative faculty before Qin dynasty ,which transforms from the chaos of the whole and many-sided to that of order,from illegible thought to precise thought and from lacking of classified subject to scientific classified subject. It is worth considing that the achievement of Xunzi had not been paid attention to, inhered and developed.
