Clinical Observation for 90 Acute Episode Chronic Bronchitis Cases Treated with Tanreqing Injection

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acute episode chronic bronchitis(AECB) treated with Tanreqing injection.Methods: 90 cases of acute episode chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.45 cases of therapeutic group were treated with routine western medicine and add Tanreqing injection;45 cases of control group were treated with simple western medicine.To observe clinical therapeutic effect and improvement of main clinical symptoms and signs pre and post treatment,and to observe arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery(PaCO_2),the change of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_1).Results: Compared the improvement of main clinical symptoms and signs after treatment,there were significant differences(P0.05)between the two groups,the therapeutic group was better than the control group.Compared their clinical therapeutic effects,the total effective rate in therapeutic group was 91.11%,the control group was 66.67%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Compared PaO_2,PaCO_2,FEV1 in the two groups pre and after treatment,there were all significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion: There is better clinical therapeutic effect for acute episode of chronic bronchitis treated with Tanreqing injection.
