Clinical curative effects of Tanreqing Injection in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis

Objective To study the clinical curative effects of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods Sixty cases of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis in the respiratory of our hospital from February 2011 to June 2012 were selected and divided into Group A and Group B, who were given general basic treatment (including anti-inflammatory, asthma, removal of sputum, etc.) and added Tanreqing Injection respectively. Results One course after the treatment, the effective rate of Group A was 60%, with the symptom relief time of (8.6 ± 0.4) days, and the effective rate of Group B was 90%, with the symptom relief time of (4.3 ± 0.7) days. The statistical analysis showed that all the P values 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The use of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis can not only improve the clinical treatment results, but also onset quickly, shorten the treatment time and is worthy of applied promotion.
