Establishing Quality Monitoring System to Promote the Operation of Clinical Teaching Management Mechanism

Teaching quality monitoring system is both an integral part of teaching management and an important means of improving the quality of teaching.After years of exploration and practice,our hospital has established a three-level monitoring and management system suitable to the actuality of the hospital,and developed corresponding methods to evaluate and handle problems.We gradually formed a regulatory model with our own characteristics,which has promoted standardization of teaching management and improvement of the teaching quality in our hospital.
