Abstract
The purpose of establishing a quality monitoring system is to monitor the teaching quality in all its aspects. The establishments of a teaching quality monitoring system include the establishment of monitoring work force, the establishment of monitoring system and the establishment of teaching quality standards. The main means of teaching quality monitoring is the teaching quality evaluation, which includes the establishments of the connotation, the role, the principles, the organization body and information processing and feedback system of teaching quality evaluation.
