Abstract
A method for determination of phosphate in water samples by using flow injection spectrophotometry and modification the preparation of ascorbic acid was described in this paper. Moreover, effects of concentration of reagents and other condition had been optimized.A detection limit of 0.01mg·L~(-1) was achieved at a sampling frequency of 72·h~(-1).The relative standard deviation was 0.9% for the determination of 0.5mg·L~(-1)(n=11).The proposed method was successfully applied to the analyses of several wastewaters.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
