Abstract
A method for determination of total phosphorus in water samples by online microwave digestion and flow injection spectrophotometry is described in this paper.Effects of concentration of reagents and other conditions have been optimized.A detection limit of 0.015mg/L is achieved at a sampling frequency of 36/h.Calibration graphs are linear for ranges of 0~2.0mg/L phosphorus. The relative standard deviation is 1.0% for the determination of 0.634mg/L(n=11).The proposed method is successfully applied to the analyses of several waters.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
