Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of BiPAP ventilation in treating COPD with respiratory failure. Methods 64 patients of COPD with respiratory failure were randomly equally divided into two groups,BiPAP ventilation together with regular therapy group(treatment group)and regular therapy group(control group),the patients’ condition, blood and vital energy parameter were recorded. Results The treatment group’s total effectiveness is 93.8%,and the control group’s total effectiveness is 68.8%,the effectiveness between the two group has the significant difference(P0.01); In the treatment group when ventilated for 1 cycle,PaCO2 increased and heart rates, respiratory rates and PaO2 decreased(P0.01). Conclusion BiPAP ventilation can be used as the better choice for the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure.
