Curative effect of amiodarone on acute heart failure complicated tachyarrhythmia

Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of amiodarone injection on acute heart failure complicated tachyarrhythmia.Methods:A total of 102patients with acute heart failure complicated tachyarrhythmia were randomly divided into amiodarone group(n=51,received amiodarone injection based on routine anti-heart failure therapy)and routine treatment group(n=51,received routine anti-heart failure therapy).Clinical curative effect was compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,effective rate of arrhythmia in amiodarone group was significantly higher than that of routine treatment group(92.2%vs.70.6%,P0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone possesses good clinical curative effect on patients with acute heart failure complicated tachyarrhythmia,it can more effectively control arrhythmia,promote relief of heart failure.
