Study of Clinical Effect of Feiyi Decoction in Treating NSCL of Elderly Patients Combined with Chemothreapy

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Feiyi decoction combined with the chemotherapy treatment on the elderly patients with non small cell lung cancer.Methods: 48 cases were randomly located in treatment group and control group and accepted 2 cycles of treatment.The observation items included clinical symptoms,KPS,weight,immune function,tumor size and side-effect.Results: Feiyi decoction relived parts of clinical symptoms like cough,phlegm,lassitude,bad appetite(P0.05),promoted immune function CD3,CD4/CD8,NK(P0.05) KPS and weight(P0.01).Conclusion: Feiyi decoction could lift elderly patients' living quality and immune function,relieve part of clinical symptoms.
