Clinical Observation on the Effect of FuZhengRuanJian Decoction in Treating 60 cases of Progressive Cancer Patients

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of FuZhengRuanJian decoction in treating progressive cancer patients.Methods:90 cases who were usually indicated for the treatment of syndrome of interior excess due to accumulation of pathogens with interior deficiency of the vital qi,were divided into treatment group (60 cases) taking FuZhengRuanJian decoction and control group (30 cases) taking PingXiaoJiaoNang,which were treated for 30 days.The immune function,KPS,weight and clinical symptoms were observed.Results:The differences were existed between treatment group and control group in cough,heart beating,depress and dyspnea,OKT3(P0.05) and the significant differences were also showed in weight and KPS(P0.01).Conclusion:FuZhengRuanJian decoction got good efficacy in treating progressive cancer patients as palliative treatment.
