Influence factors of community nursing intervention for primary hypertension

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of community nursing intervention on the compliance of the primary hypertension patients received oral medication treatment.METHODS Through health education for patients and their families,simulation of the complications of high blood pressure,giving patients a sitcom homework,establishing the honor roll,praising and encouraging measures were taken for patients.RESULTS Through nursing intervention,there was significant difference in the compliance between the intervention group and control group,and the blood pressure of the two group after treatment also showed significant difference.There was significantly difference in the hypertension indexes among patients with and without compliance in the intervention group.CONCLUSION Community nursing intervention can make great improvement of complication for patients with essential hypertension,reduce blood pressure measurement value,and it can be widespread in community.
