The change of serum β_2-microglobuin in coronary heart disease patients with heart failure

Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between serum β 2M lever and the degrec of heart failure in patients with coronany heart disease.Methods Serum β 2M lever and heart function were examined in 124 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and 50 control subjects.Results With development of heart failare,serum β 2M lever increased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion Serum β 2M lever can be regarded as sensitive indexe for evaluating heart failure in patients with coronany heart disease.
