Abstract
The sample of violet grown in Tianshan, was treated with a mixed solution of HNO_3 and H_2O_2 by wet digestion method, and the contents of trace elements, including B, Cu, K, Mg, Mn, Se, Zn, Cr, Fe and V in the sample solution, were determined by ICP-AES. The detection limits (3s) of the method were less than 0. 015 mg ·L~(-1).The values of recovery of trace elements found by standard addition method were ranged from 95. 4% to 106. 4%, with RSD's (n=6) of 2. 7%.
