Research on Regional Experiement and Preliminary Assessment of Castanopsis fissa Families

The article analyzed growth difference among fiftythree Castanopsis fissa families at the age of 4 in three trial sites.The results showed that:(1) there weren't significant effects on the DBH of Castanopsis fissa in the experiment site of Cangwu,but there were significant effects on the volume of Castanopsis fissa in Changwu and extremely significant effects on the height in Cangwu and on the DBH,height,volume in the other experiment sites;(2) Ten superior families were selected,and the best family was Pingyuan11.It's average height,average DBH,individual volume were 0.21,0.08 and 0.61 times higher than that of the average values of unselected families respectively,and were 0.84,0.42 and 4.01 times higher than that of the worst families respectively.
