Exerting Advantages of Teaching Team to Promote the Construction of Quality Course

Teaching team construction is an important part of the Ministry of Education's Quality Project.Teaching team can promote the reform of teaching contents,methods,the exchange of experience in teaching research and teaching as well as improve the teaching competence of teachers,which is of great significance in improving the quality of education.In this paper,combining the practice of teaching team-construction and some other elements such as the role of the teaching team,issues in teaching team construction,measures in teaching team-construction as well as the relationship between teaching team-construction and curriculum construction are all elaborated.
