Abstract
By summarizing experiences of teaching team construction of agricultural resources and environment,basic requirements were put forward,including the target and idea of the teaching team,the scientific operation of teaching team,the reform of practical teaching system and the teaching material construction,etc.,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for constructing excellent teaching team.
