Abstract
The construction of high-level teaching team,for the promotion of teaching quality,improve human resources capacity-building of great significance.This paper analyzes content and features of the starting teaching team,teaching team building profoundly expounded on the role of enhancing the quality of undergraduate teaching,and to enhance the teaching quality of undergraduate teaching as the goal of high-level analysis of team-building measures carried out.
