Abstract

Personnel file management at colleges is of great significance in establishing scientific and reasonable systems of personnel mechanism.Traditional file management has failed to keep pace with the times' development.Furthermore,Personnel file management at colleges will need to be developed innovatively in consciousness,contents,standards,staff's vocational abilities and exploitation.
