Abstract

OBJECTIVE To understand the separation and drug resistance of the clinical Klebsiella pneumoniae.METHODS For 2007 to 2010 in our hospital in clinical isolates of K.pneumoniae statistics, and their drug resistance was analyzed.RESULTS From 2007 to 2010,the number of clinical isolated K.pneumoniae strains increased year by year(129,239,326,357,respectively),the constituent ratios were 21.86%,17.52%,15.95%,15.28%;the changes of resistance rates of K.pneumoniae to ampicillin, cefoxitin, cefazolin, gentamicin, imipenem and other antimicrobial were significantly different(P0.05).CONCLUSIONS Clinical isolates of K.pneumoniae strains are more and resistant to higher rate,it should strengthen clinical management, the rational use of antimicrobial drugs, prevention and reduction of the production of multi-resistant bacteria.
