Abstract
Enterprise merger is one of the important ways to carry out enterprise reform in China. Therefore, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise merger, the foreign criterion of enterprise monopoly as a result of enterprise merger, and in light of the realistic situation in our country, the author puts forward his own criterion in this regard.
