Abstract
80 mice were divided into placebo group, model group, low dose group and high dose group randomly and fed for 6 weeks. They were used to study on preventing hyperlipemia by feeding crude fibrinolysin of touchi .The results showed that serum total cholesterol was decreased significantly (P0.05)in low dose group, high dose group reached highly significant level (P0.01),it was decreased 34.4 % and 54.4 % respectively. The low dose group was no significant for decreasing triglyceride(P0.05), but high dose group reached significant level(P0.05), it was decreased 22 % and 31.7 % respectively. Compared with model group, the low dose group was significant(P0.05)for increasing high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol and decreasing low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol, high dose group reached highly significant level (P0.01). The atherogenic indexes of low dose group and high dose group were decreased significantly (P0.05), it was decreased 61.5 % and 54.3 % respectively. Compared with model group, only a small quantity mice liver cells of low dose group happened fat degeneration, and the pimelosis situation of mice liver cells were improved in high dose group.
