Abstract

The preparation process of solid superacid S2O28-/ZrO-Al2O3-TiO2 was studied on single-factor method.The results indicated that the optimum preparation conditions of S2O28-/ZrO-Al2O3-TiO2 should be n(Zr)∶n(Al)∶n(Ti)=1∶3∶1,concentration of ammonium persulfate 0.50 mol.L-1,impregnation time 120min,aging time 4h,baking temperature 300℃ and baking time 6h.Furthermore,its structure was characterized by IR spectroscopy and catalytic activity was studied by the esterifieation reaction of n-butyl acetate.
