Abstract
The solid superacid S2O2-8/ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2 is prepared by chemical coprecipitation method,and factors affecting acid strength are investigated by single-factor method.The results indicate that the optimum preparation conditions,n(Zr)∶n(Al)∶n(Si)=1∶2∶1,concentration of ammonium persulphate is 0.75 mol/L,impregnation time is 3 hour,calcining temperature is 400 ℃ and calcining time is 4 h.Furthermore,the structure is characterized by IR spectrum and the catalytic activity of solid acid is studied by the esterification reaction of n-butyl acetate.
