Abstract
The solid superacid SO42-/Fe2O3-Al2O3-TiO2 was prepared by chemical co-precipitating,and the effects of prepared conditions on acid strength were studied with orthogonal experiment.The experiments showed that the optimum preparation conditions were n(Fe)∶n(Al)∶n(Ti)=1∶2∶2,aging time 3h,sulfuric acid concentration 1.0mol·L-1,volume impregnation 15mL·g-1,soaking time 20minutes,calcinations temperature 500℃ and baking time 5 hours.In addition,the structure of the solid acid was characterized by IR spectrum,and its catalytic activity was studied by the esterifieation reaction of n-butyl acetate.
