Succinate solifenacin treatment of transurethral resection of the prostate(TUR-P) OAB postoperative curative effect analysis

Objective To succinic acid solifenacin after transurethral resection of prostate in treatment of overactive bladder with more scientific basis by grouping the curative effect contrast.Methods All of 60 cases of benign prostate TURP patients were randomly divided into the experiment(succinate solifenacin group),control group(placebo) in 30 cases,observation of postoperative bladder OAB symptom relief.Results The two groups of postoperative bladder spasm frequency and duration compared with,two groups of bladder washout to turn pale,extubation,daily frequency of urination,urination and urinary urge incontinence frequency comparison,the two group total rate were compared statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Succinate solifenacin for treatment of bladder spasm after prostatectomy ideal drug,without obvious adverse reaction,is worth popularizing.
