Abstract

In the Tang Dynasty,lots of poems were written about imperial examinations,reflecting the examinations themselves and the psychology of the examinees.Among them,there were poems about personal feelings written by those who passed imperial examinations.Due to difference of character,educational background and life situations,those who passed imperial examinations responded differently to the big event in their life: some were buoyant,some grateful,some sober,some wanted to retire to seclusion in forests and mountains when the time came.
