Innovate Government Administration, Construct Harmonious Society

The adjustment step by step in aspect of government management by new appointed term of Central Party Committee and leaders of central government indicates arrival of the New Era of Administration in China. And six regulations for harmony have become most pertinent, integrative, logic and practical sum ups relating to all circles' viewpoints of society.
