The Innovation of Government Management in a Harmonious Society

The strategy of constructing a harmonious society proposed in the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th Party Congress makes more demands on government management. In the course of building a harmonious society, governments at all levels should regulate government behaviors and improve government management ability and performance. Therefore, governments at all levels should adapt themselves to new executive ecological environment, introduce new ideas to government management, develop scientific development views, show the value of human-orientation, clarify government rules, adjust the management mechanism and encourage innovation in government management.
