With the development of economic globalization and China's membership of the WTO,China's higher education is experiencing a series of challenges and the biggest one is how to enhance the national competitiveness in the increasingly fierce international competition so as to promote China's comprehensive power.The paper aims to discuss the close links between economic globalization and higher education internationalization,the positive influences of the latter on China's higher education and the countermeasures for China to adopt.
