Abstract

Economic globalization has changed the world,and also have had a profound impact on higher education.Accordingly we must seize the opportunity,and follow the trend of world economy in education philosophy,system of management and teaching methods.Actually,in order to improve the quality and level of China's higher education,to speed up the process of internationalization of higher education and to enhance international competitiveness,we have to reform our higher education.
